To make your stay in the Old Village unforgettable, we want you feel right at home. home. We’re always here to make sure your holiday is as comfortable as possible.  Here is some important information for your visit:


 A warm welcome! We look forward to greeting you personally upon your arrival. Olyvia or a member of our team will be there to welcome you warmly and show you everything you need to know in your new home.

Bed linens and towels are already included in the rental price. We just ask that you bring your own beach towels so you can fully enjoy sunny days by the sea.

Breathtaking views await you! Many of our houses offer balconies and terraces with stunning views of the Aegean and the picturesque landscape. Whether you’re relaxing with a book, enjoying your morning coffee, or admiring the sunset, these spaces are perfect for quiet moments.

Our houses in the Old Village may not have large gardens, but many feature charming, shaded courtyards. TThese cozy spots are ideal for relaxing outdoors, protected from the intense sun.

Please use water sparingly  as the water supply on the island is limited. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Help us keep the village clean by disposing of rubbish and waste in the communal bins located at the parking lot or the threshing floors. There are also bins near the village entrance by the bus stop. Thank you for your cooperation!

Enjoy the amenities of the surrounding area, just a short walk from our homes. You’ll find tavernas, bars, a bakery, an ice cream shop, and souvenir shops all right at your doorstep.

The nearest beach, Megallo Mourtia, is about 30-minute-walk from the Old Village. If you’d prefer to rent a car we’re happy to help with arrangements. We can reserve a car for you for the duration of your stay. We’ve been working for years with Panos and Maria, who run a small family business known for their reliability and personal service. Their philosophy aligns perfectly with ours at Alonissos Homes, which is why we wholeheartedly recommend them. Rest assured, you’ll be in good hands!

Please note that the Old Village is a pedestrian area with cobblestone streets, steps, and uneven pathways. Due to these circumstances, the Old Village is unfortunately not barrier-free.
