On the ground floor, a bright, sunlit living area unfolds, where the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces blend into a harmonious whole. A large dining table invites shared moments, while a cozy sitting area with an armchair and daybed tempts you to relax. A stylish bathroom, along with a utility room featuring a washing machine and an additional refrigerator, complete this level. On the spacious terrace, unforgettable evenings await – beneath a clear, starry sky and with a view stretching all the way to the horizon.
Upstairs, two lovingly designed bedrooms await – retreats full of peace and charm. Both are furnished with comfortable double beds and custom-built wardrobes. From the first bedroom, a terrace opens to a spectacular view of the bays of Megalo and Mikro Mourtias, as well as the islands of Euboea and Skopelos. The second bedroom enchants with its authentic stone walls and particularly warm atmosphere. A separate WC with a washbasin connects the two rooms – thoughtfully designed, stylish, and in perfect harmony with the charm of this special house.
