House Élia is a unique house built with the utmost dedication and attention to detail. Carefully equipped kitchen and bathrooms are of high quality. At the same time, the style and authenticity of a traditional house were preserved.


On the ground floor there is a spacious, open area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. A large dining table with comfortable chairs and a cozy lounge corner with a sofa and day bed invite to spend relaxing moments with friends or lie down for a siesta. In addition, there is a small "utility room" on the ground floor that houses a washing machine and a second (larger) refrigerator with freezer compartment. A bathroom completes the offering on this level. The spacious terrace offers a fantastic backdrop to end the evening under the sparkling starry sky.


A staircase leads to the two bedrooms on the upper floor. Both rooms are equipped with comfortable double beds and built-in wardrobes. In the first bedroom, the doors open onto a terrace with breathtaking views over the bays of Megalos Mourtias and Mikros Mourtias, all the way to the islands of Euboea and Skopelos. The second bedroom also offers an enchanting view and maintains a particularly cozy ambience as the old stone walls preserve the charm of traditional Alonissos houses. Between the two bedrooms there is a separate toilet and sink.
